1. The surface of industrial fans should be cleaned as far as possible during use, and there should be no debris at the air inlet and outlet. Industrial fan production workshop

In addition, the dust and other debris in the blower and pipe must be cleaned regularly.

2. To make up or replace the lubricating oil for industrial fan bearings regularly, to ensure that the industrial fan has a good working condition, the number of refueling is not less than 1000 hours/time to prevent oil shortage.

3. The power supply lines for industrial fans must be dedicated lines, and temporary lines cannot be used for power supply for a long time.

At the same time, the power supply equipment must have sufficient capacity and stable voltage, and cannot work in the absence of phase.

4. If abnormal noises, severe heating of the motor, electrification of the casing, and switch tripping are found during the working process of the industrial fan, it should be shut down immediately for maintenance.

In addition, in order to ensure safety, maintenance cannot be carried out during the operation of industrial fans.

After maintenance, let it run for about five minutes, and then start the machine after admitting that there is no abnormality.

5. When the industrial fan is not in use, it should be stored in a boring environment as much as possible to prevent the motor from being damp;

When the industrial fan is used in leaky weather, it needs to be equipped with a rain cover

During the transfer process after storage, the blower should be prevented from bumping and damaging the industrial fan components.
